Site clearing & lot prep
Brush, alder, willow, stumps, and roots. Light, medium, or heavy clearing, done so the lot is ready for a build pad, driveway, garden, or pasture.
Kenai Peninsula, Alaska
Helical pier foundations, site clearing, homestead prep, and light construction. Local crew, our own equipment, and a direct line to the owner.
Primary work
This is the work people call for. Decks, additions, cabins, porches, and outbuildings that need a foundation that will hold in Kenai soils without waiting on concrete to cure in the cold.
We install helical piers with a Bobcat E60 and a Pro-Dig drive head. Custom 12-inch helices when the job calls for it. The steel comes from Alaska Helical Pier Company in North Pole — made in Alaska, not shipped up from the Lower 48. A site visit comes first. Depth and helix count follow soil and load.
Soil, access, frost, and load change the work. Call and we walk the site.

Also offered
Brush, alder, willow, stumps, and roots. Light, medium, or heavy clearing, done so the lot is ready for a build pad, driveway, garden, or pasture.
Lot grading, water and utility trenches, and stump grinding. Rock is customer-supplied, or we can arrange it.
Rototilling, garden beds, drip irrigation layout, greenhouse pads and builds, and fencing. Practical work for homesteads that get used.
Small cabins, decks, porches, sheds, barns, outhouses, carports, and lean-tos. Siding and simple additions when the structure and access make sense.
Driveway and short road work, pads for connexes and outbuildings, and drainage that keeps water off the building.
We are a local crew with our own equipment. If a job is larger than we can do well, we will tell you so you can plan the next step.
How we work
No published price list. Helical piers, clearing, machine work, and builds are quoted after a site visit. Soil, access, frost, timber, and load change the job. Tell us what you want done, where it is, and whether a machine can get to it. You get a number after we walk the ground.
Who is doing the work
On Track Enterprises LLC is owned by Aaron Donham. Work is based out of the Nikolaevsk / Wildwood area on the Kenai Peninsula. We run our own excavator, tractor, and trailers, so the work is not waiting on a rental.
Jobs we take: helical piers, clearing, grading, homestead prep, and smaller builds we can stand behind. If a project needs a larger commercial contractor, we will say so.
Service area
Nikolaevsk, Anchor Point, Homer, and nearby peninsula jobs. Farther out is possible if the job size pays the road time. Ask.
Best first contact: call or text. Tell us what you want built or cleared, where it is, and how equipment will reach the site.
